Rich Balot graduated from the North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics. He went on to earn a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University and is currently a few classes shy of a Masters in Business Administration from ECU. Rich is currently President/CEO of ABC Phones of NC, Inc, and has planned and developed the growth of ABC Phones from one location to over 100. Rich has a history of starting and growing businesses and consulting for multiple startups. Rich resides in Greenville, NC with his family including his wife, three kids (ages two, three, and four), and the family dog.

James Swafford holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from East Carolina University. He wrote the very first line of code for OccamPM in January 2004, and has been the lead developer ever since. Prior to working on OccamPM, James worked in various IT and programming related roles, and served six years in the U.S. Navy. When not working on Occam James enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working on his computer chess program, and watching football. He is an active member of Northview Baptist Church, where he teaches adult Sunday School.

Daniel Blaisdell graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Science from East Carolina University (ECU). He first got his start working on a cooperative pilot project at ECU, Online Wireless Learning Solutions, to explore utilizing mobile and online technologies in the classroom. After graduation Daniel began working at ABC Phones and implemented a corporate-wide VPN networking solution using commodity hardware and free software. The success of the VPN project led to consulting and implementing a similar solution for the Occam PM team. Daniel has previous experience in health care analytics and performance measuring, and is leading the migration to cloud computing.

Michelle Wood is a graduate of East Carolina University, where she worked in web conversion for the Brody School of Medicine. Other work experience includes the ECU/Loessin Playhouse, Center for Natural Hazards Research, Walt Disney World Resort, and Rocky Hock Playhouse. Michelle is an active volunteer for Smiles and Frowns Playhouse, Magnolia Arts Center, and Little Creek OFWB Church.
