Desktop client demo

The desktop client will launch using Java Web Start. The first time it will automatically download the entire application. On subsequent uses it will only download updated files.

For now, you can request a user name and password from james.swafford _at_ pgllc _dot_ com.

Note: Scanning is not functional in the demo.
